Thunderstorm, lightning alert issued for five Odisha districts

Bhubaneswar: The Meteorological department has issued thunderstorm and lightning alert for five districts across Odisha today.

As per the latest forecast by the Regional Meteorological Centre in Bhubaneswar, moderate thunderstorm/lightning and light to moderate rainfall is likely to occur in one or two places of Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Nabarangpur, Nuapada and Kalahandi districts between 9 am and 12 pm.

People living in the above mentioned districts have been cautioned to stay alert during the thunderstorm activity.
