Police to extern habitual drug smugglers from Bhubaneswar

The commissionerate police have decided to act tough against habitual drug smugglers and extern those anti-socials from the capital city. On Wednesday, the police launched a special drive against the narcotics traders, seized huge cache of narcotics substances and arrested 13 of them from different areas in the capital city.
